"I was looking to buy a new bike. I checked the web for dealer stock at all of the BMW dealerships in my area but could not find what I was looking for. My brother lives in Greenville so I looked up the address of Touring Sports and they had what I was looking for. A 2004 K1200 gt. Even the color I wanted. My brother test drove it and I bought the bike sight unseen. All of the paperwork was correct and the money transfer was flawless. "I had a service light that was giving me some issues on my 09' Dorsoduro so i gave Jeff at the touring sport service desk a shout and he said bring it on in. Threw em the keys and within 45 minutes Travis had me back on the road with all of the lights cleared and they actually stayed off this time, and the best part... No Charge! You can tell that the techs here are passionate about bikes, and Travis is one of those rarities where not only does he know and enjoy his work, but is also great at relaying what the issues and what causes those issues to arise. "I can not thank you and the folks at Touring Sports BMW enough for taking care of me as I passed thru SC last week,
Getting my R1200GSA back on the road with a new clutch slave and other parts within 24 hours was fantastic.
As you know, I limped into your dealer with a clutch hydraulics problem late Thursday afternoon while passing thru to attend the BMW off-road class at the BMW Performance center in Greer SC.
I was truly amazed that the technician had the bike on the rack, the rear wheel off and was preparing to check the slave cylinder before I could return from the customer waiting area after taking my gear off.
Within another few minutes it was diagnosed that the clutch slave needed replacing and a part would be ordered. Jeff went to work getting my extended warranty status confirmed and a confirmation # to cover the repair, Melissa I heard was jumping on the phone to order the part, Thomas was busy entertaining me, making sure I had everything I needed and asking if I needed any help with a hotel, when someone put a clip board in my hands and asked me to sign. I asked what for and it was explained that they were giving me a loner till the part came in. I was amazed...
Even Joey offered to help when I determined that I might need a few things brought over to the hotel that might not fit on the loaner bike and he offered to carry my saddle bags over later that evening. (turns out I did not need the stuff in the bags after all and Joey was saved the trip).
I returned late Friday evening, work out from the day on the off road course at the performance center and was greeted with a fixed bike, a happy staff and friendly service and sent on my way home.
Thanks to the team at Touring Sport BMW in Greenville for the excellent service, friendly atmosphere and for getting me on my way hassle free.

"When I arrive with either a question or I want to look into a new purchase I always feel welcome. The management team in the last year is first class. The dealership in general feels good, and the help on aftermarket parts or genuine performance parts is excellent. They know the motorcycles they sell very well because all of them are riders. That's important to me, because thier experience and collective knowledge is impressive. If you want to be treated as a first class customer, and ride first class motorcycles you owe it to yourself to pay a visit. Plus it's one of the few dealerships that actually let you ride the motorcycle you are interested in. That's what it all boils down to in the final selection, is it the right bike for you, regardless of looks or price."

"As soon as I moved to Greenville last March one of the first places I visited was Touring Sport. I've ridden BMWs for most of my adult life, and have been in many BMW dealerships. As soon as i walked in I was welcomed and knew I was among friends. I'm riding an old K75 that always seems to need something. The service I've received from the Parts Department has been top notch. I purchased a new clutch cable that turned out to be defective after only a couple weeks. When I asked if it might be warrantied, the answer was absolutely. No hassles, only smiles and satisfaction.
Touring Sport is the type of dealership that when I walk in to get parts, I end up spending an hour or so talking to like minded enthusiasts. I could talk to Joey all day. And the inventory leaves me dehydrated from all the drooling.
I highly recommend visiting Touring sport to any fellow motohead, you won't be dissapointed."

"Travelling from DC to Miami, Florida, we dropped an R1200R and shattered the valve cover - about 30 miles north of Greenville - on a Friday afternoon. No replacement part available anywhere - had to be ordered from BMW- earliest arrival about the following Wednesday. These people had a used bike with the same cover, they took the cover off, and waited for us to arrive til well after closing time. What can I say?"

"I found the bike I was searching for 2500 miles away from my home, a 2010 GS Adventure, made a great deal with Joey over the course of a couple of days via e mail and phone and even with shipping it was far less than what I could purchase one here.
